Getting to the content in linked in wasnt straight forward. I kept getting asked questions about starting a free trial and sharing links even though I was already in the course and learning.
The content is for a basic understanding.
The instructor suggested having a reference system so I created a free cloud instance using the basic JSM template. Receiving some basic errors like 'no systems have been setup' and when trying to setup chat I wasnt able to get Microsoft Assist working in my teams at home. Kept progressing through though as i consider this a dev instance.
